Judith Ryde

Biography

Judith is a Scot who moved south to Hampshire when she married. She and her husband spent most of their early retirement in Charente Maritime, France and began learning to use watercolours there with a very talented artist. She is still learning! She revels in colour and light, trying hard to produce paintings which are fresh yet interesting. She now lives in Dorset and is revelling in the gorgeous scenery - it's not hard to find subjects to paint.
