Ali Hargreaves

Biography

Ali Hargreaves started her career as a primary school teacher, but due to hearing loss, gave this up in pursuit of her dream occupation as an Artist. She lives in Poynton, with her husband and two boys.   "Alisart" started small, with commissions from friends, which lead to others! Subsequently, she was asked to teach privately and this eventually lead to the thriving classes she runs today.   Ali exhibits permanently, and sells, her work from “The Centre in Poynton” and on her on line gallery on her website.   She paints commissions on every subject and media. There are hundreds to choose from! She also runs occasional all day workshops which include lunch and materials  She demonstrates and runs workshops for Art groups and societies. Ali is a partner with The SAA and has produced many videos, seminars, blogs and articles for their “Paint and Create” magazine.
