These are wonderful pictures Wendy. The mtns in this one are very impressive. LIke the use of the blue. I am going to look at the others again now.

This is stunning, you have captured the mountains wonderfully and there is a great feeling of space and majesty with a touch of Africa. The whole painting is quite spectacular

I loved this spot, and a particular restaurant called La Petite Ferme. Lovely use of colour in the mountains.

Hello Wendy, thank you very much for your comments on my paintings. I just had to see your painting on Franschoek after you mentioned it, and it is just lovely! You have conveyed the magnificence of the mountains, the space and the amazing colors. In answer to your question, no I am not a professional, but thank you for your compliment! I just have a very good art teacher who unselfishly imparted all he knew to me. I also recently took a one week course with the artist, Paul Banning, at Dedham Hall in Essex, and I learnt a lot from him too,
