Is she pregnant? There appears to be a female face coming out of her belly upside down. It may be inadvertant by your brushstrokes but with a change of title .... how cryptic could that be??? I LOVE it! Jean

Hi Jean. No, not pregnant - just a scare! Interesting though that Karya is the Hamadryad of Walnut and Hazelnut and in the Wiccan tradition Hazelnut symbolises a mother figure Also, traditionally Walnuts symbolise female fertility.
