How do you get that sparkle bouncing off the canvas Christine? Is it reflected light from the photography of the picture or have you done something with the paint to achieve this? It's lovely. Jean

Thank you.The effect of the 'bouncing light' was achieved by gently stroking 3D acrylic white horizontally across the painting using the flat of a medium sized teardrop shaped palette knife. If you are light touched the paint only adheres to the raised surfaces of the ground paint and canvas, forming like a dotted/dashed line. Then, by using the edge of an elongated teardrop shaped knife at about 45 degrees to the canvas, you can drag the paint vertically down for larger highlights or just leave as it is for a more twinkling effect. Thanks for asking, Jean, it's a useful excercise to consciously think through tecniques.
