This is excellent Martin. You have captured the misty atmosphere and the ink work in the foreground has added great textures.

Chilly foggy morning at Hatfield Moors. Sketched in ink En plein air and added colour indoors. This area is covered in peat which has been cut for many years. Commercial operations have ceased and it is now a wetlands gradually adapting to its new life. There is both new growth and areas of young dead trees which have struggled for water in dry years. Carbon ink and watercolour on Arches cp watercolour paper 14x11”
