Three sails

Great colours Trevor, really like the three red sails in the distance, love your dramatic sky too, a excellent composition.

to ed hullah, i cover a white canvas with a loose wash of acrylic using a large flat brush,this time i used blue ,but i use different colours.let it dry, or use a hair dryer.don't worry about any drips or runs!,to intensify the colour just add another wash or make your acrylic thicker.once dry paint your oils straight on to the acrylic. regards,trevor l.
