Cooling things down a bit. Remembered from a winter walk earlier this year. I was struck by ( not literally) the tree bent at right angles, forming a sort of arch. I like arches and bridges, they bring people together, walls keep them apart. A relatively quick and spontaneous piece, in charcoal and chalk on cartridge paper.
