This painting depicts the Lytham St Annes Lifeboat working together with a Royal Air Force Sea King Helicopter from 22Sqn at RAF Valley. It shows a search in Liverpool bay where a crewman on a yacht has fallen overboard and the aircaft and lifeboat have found the dan buoy thrown overboard by the yacht crew at the time.
