Good depiction of a super little village Sue, I've painted the bridge several times but from the opposite bank, nice to see a different perspective.

Love this place and have also done a painting from the other bank looking towards the cottage Stephen. How lovely to live where you do Carole.

I love this painting Sue. I enjoyed a painting holiday in Ashford in the Water many years ago but I also haven't painted the bridge from this side - it makes a change. I haven't tried pastel on sandpaper before, will have to have a go
