Rhododendron flower
I was fascinated by Margaret Eggleton's painting in watercolour in Nov issue page 36. Its just awesome. I am not an artist who paints flowers. I find it difficult to get the proportions right and this must be the first time I've actually spent a lot of time trying to understand the work and the depth of shadows. My preference is for landscape and abstracts as can be seen in my website. This is my first effort and I think I have issues with the leaves. Your comments would be appreciated.
