It's spot on - you've not asked for any comments on this posting and I couldn't find any criticism to make even if I wanted to. The composition is not too fussy (especially in the foreground) and takes you right into the central focal point - again a lovely use of the medium and a most satisfying picture

You have captured beautiful light in this painting. I particularly like the vitality and sense of form in those trees, and your limited palette.

thank you for your feedback. Made my day as i was a wee bit unsure ! i find that i often have to re-do trees as i get excited with the thought and then calm down after the first layer of paint!
