I like the looseness in the painting

Cheers Petra, all the best, Steve.

I'd like to see you do this one in oil - the subject would just lend itself ideally to it. But as it stands, it radiates light, and the silhouetted building has a great presence.

love the way you have handled this steve, they just get better

Cheers Robert, I agree, I'm usually torn between the acrylic and oils. Maybe thats why I try to tranfer these quailities to acrylic but end up fighting against quick drying time and it's ultimate effect on edges. The only solution is to paint like the wind. All the best, Steve.

Cheers Tommy, I'll use the old golf maxim here and say, I never met anyone who got worse through practice. Thanks mate, still practicing and not bored yet. All the best, Steve.

Love the lines of trees in this one and the colour you used for the road as well and of course the light causing reflections through the trees
