Many thanks Dennis, although using a professional artists basic design to start with makes things a lot easier. A good way to learn and improve though.

A very nice composition, Stephen! I especially like the combination of horizontal and vertical lines that add solidity to an atmospheric piece.

My take at the art group tonight on an old David Bellamy watercolour I spotted on Ponterest. Must be one of the most copied works seen at amateur art group exhibitions!
