Your description is exactly why I use a dip and stick Stephen....it hides a multitude of sins doesn't it. I think not in your case though. Great figures too.

Another go with the old matchstick! I love the way it has a charcoal effect as the ink runs out. Due I suppose to the softness of the wood. The wonkiness of the line seems to take the eye away from the drawing errors too - quite useful with my drawings!
