Fantastic - do you use a special paper, I wonder?

I was going to ask the same question, Stefan. Fantastic bright colours, love your work!

A beautiful image, and I think you have chosen the right medium for the job. One of my favourite subjects and medium. Delightful. I find a good quality black paper the best surface for the coloursoft and smooth white cartridge paper also shows off the pigment to its best.

ps. Stefan, have you tried the metallic range, amazing effects can be had with these on the black paper can be used with the coloursoft.

As for the questions: @ Mia, For this drawing i used white stonehenge paper. @ CA Jones, i have the metallic range and did some sketches with them, however i did not yet have a project where i could actually use them, i do plan on making a drawing on black paper where i will incorporate them.
