Thank you, Pat, Gudrun and Satu. Much appreciate your thoughts. I've sent them all off, plus two different subjects from this morning. We can enjoy the Big P programme final on Sunday. I think it is very interesting to watch!

This is such a clever watercolour - loose & expressive

Good luck with the competition Shirley. They are all attractive, but personally I find this one very special, I think its the depth of colour and the play of colours against each other which works so well.

I love your postcard paintings and they are going to inspire me to have a go myself. This one is super with those rich dark maroon flowers!
