I finally decided to climb my Everest and do something about my drawing skills (or rather, the lack thereof). So I finally summoned up the courage to sign up with a classical drawing artist for a portrait drawing course. Took me umpteen weeks of 3 hour sessions to complete this, but the teacher held me to rigorous account to produce an accurate drawing of a bust (first step to a long journey to drawing a real portrait). It was painful but I did learn an awful lot.
