Yes i can see the figure very cleverly woven into the painting, i like your abstract work Satu and i like this one its so full of colour. I have done quite a bit of abstract painting and i know its like a journey you don't really know where you will go and sometimes you have a great surprise ,keep doing Satu its fantastic.

I like the way you have woven the colours in this one Satu - as Dennis says - keep doing.

I think I can see a figure but whether or not it's the figure you intended us to see I'm not sure! I must confess to finding abstract art a bit hard to understand but I do know that I like yours Satu, the colours and shapes are fascinating. This one has all the colours of an apple orchard and I can recognise the apples!

Happy, colourful and confident abstracts Satu! The enjoyment of painting them comes through in your pictures:)

I can see a good abstract, apples, colour, good shapes and even a little building (bottom right) but no figure Satu!

Thank you Dennis, Michael, Christine, Sarah and Louise for your encouraging comments! The figure is in the middle standing with his hands up. The green shape is his head and those upward going brown ones his arms. The yellow shape is his torso and the rest of the body is hidden by the branches and leaves. Can you see him now?

Yes, I see him! Also, there's a little chap at the bottom left, just his head, looking up at the larger figure open mouthed in astonishment at all the apples..lol

Such a clever design, love it, Satu! It's absolutely fascinating looking at it and seeing the possibility of different shapes morphing into persons!

Yes, Louise I can see the little chap now... or is it a worm?

Thank you Seok very much for your kind comment!

Well, this is superb for all the reasons already stated. What more can I add?

I spotted the little person (or worm ) straight away among those apples Satu. Abstracts don't usually grab me but yours are so full of interesting shapes and colours I always see something different every time I look at them. I like the way you've outlined the shapes in bold black too.

Apples and pears....! Well I can see some !

Thank you very much Gudrun, Val and Avril for your kind comments, much appreciated!

Thank you Annette! Glad you found him.

I must be a bit dim because all I am seeing is apples. However, that said, this is such a wonderfully colourful and vibrant painting that it is not detracting from it at all that I can't see a worm!

This the third of the three abstracts I did last week in one day. I used the same colours for all of them but very different subjects. Can you see the figure picking the apples?
