Lovely still life Sandy

A very gentle and honest still life...the angle of background is a good idea but it's very centrally placed...I mean the still life. Try one thing...mask off the left or right hand side so that one side is closer to the edge of paper. I think that it would have more of an impact.

I did this years ago Roger when I first started painting and I agree with you now that the pot is to central would not make this mistake now 15 yrs later lol thank you for your comment much appreciated
