Oil on Canvas 14 inch x 10 inch. the image is of the lighthouse keepers cottages at Penmon Point located at the north west entrance to the Menai Strait. the majority of the painting was carried out using palette knives with a small amount of brush work on the two cottages, I tried to keep this painting as clean and simple as possible

I have sketched and painted over many years. I live on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey which is blessed with extensive coastlines and the beautiful mountains of nearby Snowdonia providing plenty of inspirational subjects .
