This is such a cleverly crafted pastel painting . The colours ,tone and style is perfect . On a different note my sister almost drowned here when she was a child -the waves and undercurrent is so strong !!!!!

Perranporth is one of my favourite places, as a surfer, I know how dangerous the rip currents can be at times.<br />Your sister was lucky Lynne. Sadly there have been a number of fatalities over the years.<br />Thankyou also to Geraldine and Kal. I enjoyed painting this one. It will be among the paintings in my upcoming solo exhibition at Tavistock Wharf for the whole of June.<br />Racing against time now to get everything framed :-)
