I agree with you. This is my favourite of the 3 pieces you posted yesterday. I always look for colour in a painting, and the orange rust and green (lichen?) are surprisingly gentle against the grey of the sea wall.

Oil on board over acrylic with filler for texture. This is my favourite of these abstracts. In fact, it's a fairly accurate representation, painted from a close-up photograph. The North Sea has battered the sea wall over the years and has eroded it, revealing rusting and distorted metal in the concrete structure.
