This was painted as a 'partner' painting to 'Beach Huts at Hopeman'. As you can probably tell, I was very taken with the colours in the water, which looked almost tropical on a nice day! It's quite a busy composition, so I've used a smudge of yellow in the sky to try to pull some attention into the harbour area.
