What a very attractive image. there's a story there !

Lovely painting Robert with a cute fox making his snowy way, love the trees

Excellent stuff Robert, animal pics not my scene, but this is well executed all the same. best Mick

It's looking like we'll wake up to snow that deep in the morning up here! I love Mr Fox but the top half of the picture makes a super painting as well in its own right.

Quite menacing . Saw a film year s ago, The Fox. About two women living out in the backwoods and a predatory male... .very effective.

Do you know, I thought it was yours for some reason; the trees perhaps ...? Nice atmosphere. I wonder what your up-to-date version will be like.

It must be the tree's Gudrun, that's the element I recognised. Nice healthy, fat, winter Fox too.

That fox looks like it is eyeing up where the wheelie bin is for a meal - or even if there is a handy chicken run. Great suggestive body language in the fox. The snowy conditions add to the story in that we understand that times are hard and the fox is probably hungry. Very nicely done, Robert.

Thought I'd lost this but found it on a USB stick; painted in around 1990 or possibly earlier.... offered pour encourager les autres: while it's not a work of transcendent genius, I rather like the colours in the background - and I'd like another go at it. Around 18" by 24", I think. On stretched canvas - I believe this was the first time I'd ever painted on canvas - what a revelation it was.
