like the sense of peace this gives. What card / paper did you use?

Hi Judith, The paper is called Fisher 400 art paper, which can be bought on the Tim Fisher web site. It is very versatile and has a strong tooth, which holds an awful lot of pastel. I cannot fault it at all, in fact , if raindrops fall onto your work, they dissapear once dried , rather than staining your picture like many other papers do. (Although, this could have been a fluke, as it has only happened once to me.) I thorally recommend it. If you find that the tooth is too rough, gently rub it down with a scrap piece of it.

Fantastic picture, Sarah. The reflections are just sublime!

Hi Sarah, I like this , lotz... Thank you for the comment on the paper I will also look up the supplier as have heard good reports on the Fisher 400. I look forward to other postings. Good luck and best wishes.

Thank you Dennis :)

lovely work Sarah great handling of greens You are right Norfolk is a great place to live is this a norfolk view? David Harrison

Thank you David for your comments. Greens are my bugbear but fortunately there is a wide range of pastel greens out there. This was from a photo and I cannot remember if it was Norfolk or Suffolk now as my art tutor at the time took it.

This is a pastel which was done on a "Tony Garner" art day.
