Old Fishing Shed, Dungeness beach, Kent

Very fine work, Philip. The various textures are looking superb. I'll be interested to see where this goes (you say you're only half-way through). At the moment, it seems to me that the distance horizon is working pretty well as it is, and works very well with the uncompleted foreground.

The detailing is amazing. I like the composition as it is with the focus on the parts so far. Will watch with interest for the final piece .( I am glad you took a photo of this stage because I could be tempted to call this finished.)

Looking very good so far. Best of luck with the pebbles and nets. Looks like a lot of hard work to me. Don't forget the sea kale!
