Woodland Path

Lovely touches in the foliage .... the one thing I'm not completely convinced by is the rather distinct shadows on the path which just look, to me, a little too regular. But as I'm utter rubbish in pastel work, I have no real right to express such an opinion. Certainly as a whole, the painting is very beautiful and convincing.

I love it just as it is. It is incredibly difficult to paint a convincing wood and this is . Jx
