Another very atmospheric piece, Pat. I know exactly what you mean about trying not to be too realistic - I am the queen of tight! But I admire very much (and am very envious of!) artists like you who can suggest without pushing every detail.

20" x 24" oil on canvas. Trying not to paint so "realistically" and tight. It goes against my nature and I always want to do another branch and twig instead of walk away and finish the painting.
