This has come out very well Bryan, like you I mostly use watercolour and have tried the odd acrylic. I must dig them out and have a go at this. I have been to a few of Paul's workshops and like his style with both watercolour and acrylics.

This is smashing and I guess a lot of knife work too. Love it.

A lovely rich flow to the paintwork. Roll on Summer when the grass looks so lush & green again.

Bryan Ireland-Griffiths sent in his version of Paul's second challenge saying: 'Having recently joined an over fifties art group I have been challenged to experiment with acrylics, something that is out of my comfort zone. My preferred medium being watercolour and pastel. However ,after avoiding acrylic I find that the medium suites my style of painting, fluid, loose, and colourful. This is only the 4th time I have painted with acrylics. The exercises and guidance I find inspirational, instructive and provide subject matter which I would not previously attempt. Thank you'
