Nora, your drawings are incredible the detail! I have had a good look - the rope the wheels the nuts and bolts of this piece of machinery. You have so much talent but then I noticed that from your very first posting on this site! It is a shame so much doom and gloom. Thank you for thinking of me - hope your family are well and that lovely grandaughter of yours. Excellent work once again.

I admire your graphite art work, so detailed. Sometimes people (I for one) think that working with graphite is not interesting but when you see something like this it can be more intricate than with any other medium.

Thank you all for your encouraging comments! Lorraine, graphite is the best medium for fine details. I never get the same level of control with a brush.

Nora, Thank you for your comments on The May Tree. I have a small exhibition in a Gallery near me. At present they have my After Degas Paintings and pastels. May June and July they want flower paintings. I have a few - you know I love the garden but I really have to get motivated to paint flowers. End of March I have a small display in our local library. I am presently painting small local scenes hence the May Tree Elm Lane. Just finished a small pastel. Trying to find some inspiration to paint this morning! Hope you are well Jeannette xxx
