To bin or not to bin?

Never bin ... it's lovely and will be interesting to see what you do next

Definitely not to bin!

Absolutely not! It looks great, Mia. The smudges add an extra dimension to the tones.

Agree, don’t bin, wouldn’t have known if you hadn’t owned up!

Please don’t bin it Mia! The darker areas give it depth and life.

Thank you all very much for your supporting comments. No, I won't bin it but will give it another go in the coming days :)

DO NOT BIN , sometimes our accidents work out well this is one of those times. The great thing is no one would have noticed had you not mentioned the error. I bet your daughter would like it.

Yes, Paul, my daughter liked it but she is also looking forward to seeing the next pen and wash. Thank you for your nice comment.

Thank you very much, Gudrun, I won't!

Thanks Romila.

Many thanks for the support, Margaret. I won't!

On Sunday, my youngest daughter gave me this beautiful flower arrangement as a late birthday-present (lockdown to blame!). Yesterday, I couldn't resist making a quick pen and wash of it. Size A4. Unfortunetly, I used watersoluble ink and after giving it a wash, it was rather dark and unrecognizable. So I added some colour here and there to identify the different flowers. I certainly will make a new pen and wash of it but then with waterproof ink. Should I bin this one or not? What do you think? :) Mia
