Welcome back Mia - you seem to have been away for a little while and have been missed! This is so delightful and perfect for a little child's room. I love the smiling Mummy whale (well Mummy's do smile most of the time!) and the little baby. It will look wonderful on your grand-daughter's wall as it is lovely and done in your usual delicate style.

Thank you ALL so very, very much for your nice welcome back, your good wishes about my health and the lovely comments on the painting. You have no idea how much I do appreciate those!!!! Telling me that my postings have been missed, well.... I am so surprised, didn't expect this. Yes I can start painting again, very carefully and not for too long. I will give this painting to my grand daughter on Sunday when she is coming over for lunch. I too hope that she will like it AND... she has a sister who also has a new room... !!!!!

A pen and wash for one of my grand daughters. They moved into a new house and she asked me to draw and paint something for her bedroom. Please, could it be something about the sea... so, I made this.
