Marjorie, this is so beautiful, and the colours love it

Lovely tones and marks Marjorie.

Super work Marjorie.

Thankyou so much Jenny, Michael and Stephen - I got from A to B the long way round!

A great piece of work Marjorie, I love the sky and the tree line a real statement. The foreground colours are so good and I think the directional brush strokes are great, for me any daffodils would be a distraction from this great foreground, but that is me and what would I know 🤔 Nice one Marjorie

I like the colour harmony, it has a good sense of atmosphere Marjorie. Maybe just some highlight marks in the foreground the finish it. Just scratched would be enough.

Oh this is really beautiful Marjorie. Such delicate warm colours….I love it!

Really beautiful Marjorie

Beautiful Marjorie. Lovely soft colours and nice atmosphere.

Thanks Malcolm, I think I agree with you about the daffs. And John, yes, it needs just a bit more. Thanks too, Sarah, Dennis and Cesare.

Great success Marjorie! Fantastic warm colours and beautiful disappearing horizon. It doesn't need daffodils but perhaps a couple of scratches in the foreground. Well done!!

Thanks for the comments and advice, Glennis, Gudrun and Satu. It really helps - someone else's view. No daffs but scratches!

Nicely composed and well painted. I like very much the variety of marks. The harmony of the colours and tones make for a very relaxing but interesting piece of work Marjorie.

A delicate version and well rendered in tones and brushmarks. No daffs please.

Thanks for that lovely comment George.

This all works so well, a very nice painting.

It's one of thoses....I wish I had done.....Marjorie. Love everything about it, I'm with the no Daffs side.

I like your paintings very much. You have a consistent style and palette which is almost dream- like. Clever use of pastel colours but without being 'sweet' .

Thanks again Jackie. The landscape here looks very different now.

Oil on red ground MDF. Started at club this am and continued on return. Add daffs possibly.
