1st oil painting in 15 years, but trying to get out of my comfort zone ie doing watercolours. Quite enjoyed the experience and will try more but hate the wait during drying times. I also dislike acrylics so that is not the answer to my impatience (although fine for the underpainting) )I would like to varnish it so I guess that’s another few months wait .
