Love your palette and sense of space and distanceAmanda.

A beautiful landscape painting 😃

Love the way the eye is led to that distant grey mountain.

Love the form and colors Amanda, you have really captured the feeling and flow of the hill and it is nice to see someone giving it its true name and not the horrible 'saddleback'. The hills all over the world are my thing so I just really like the feeling you have got in this work and the others in your gallery, great stuff.

I know Gate Gill quite well and this is a great painting of lovely Blencathra.

A really gorgeous scene with so many painterly interesting marks there's so much to enjoy in this, Amanda.

A beautiful painting Amanda, with a contemporary feel and gorgeous rich paint texture. The eye looks through to the distant mountains. What size is it?

Super work Amanda, good use of texture.

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments. It's 31 x 24.5cm Marjorie.

Beautiful view and great palette, Amanda.

That’s a super painting Amanda and I love your loose brush marks in the foreground plus the wonderful textures you’ve created on the hillsides. A “proper painting!”.

Super work here!!! Very well handled.

Absolutely gorgeous.
