Broken stem

This is a great prelude to spring Lynne, fingers crossed it's just around the corner! Love the looseness.

I'm sure it is Lynne, I've been outside painting all morning. This is so lively and spontaneous, your usual great style.

Lovely loose washes and deep rich color throughout. You handle the flowers and looseness so well. (I find flowers and especially a group in a vase one of the most difficult things to paint) . You have done it so well!

A truly beautiful painting Lynne, bright and sunny! I especially love the way you have painted the vase, gorgeous turquoise/ green/ blue shades and there's water in the vase which must be ever so difficult to do in watercolour.

Thank you kind artists - yes Satu - that water level & glass was a bit tricky - but a few happy accidents helped ! ( ie the back ground paint bled a bit into the glass ,,,,,and there you have it a transparent glass !!
