There is never anything small about your work Louise! It is always strong in design and colour. I especially like how the complimentary colours work with each other.

I've been away for a couple of days, and in the meantime you manage to post six great watercolours, awesome ! Back to the violet and Q. gold I think for this one, very effective. Its really striking to see the six thumbnails in a row - somehow collectively they seem to form a cityscape of their own : lovely shapes and the colours of all of them harmonize.

A stunning collection you have there, Louise. This is again a very strong composition. I can't believe it is that small; it looks fantastic.

Many thanks Sarah and Sharon. Sharon, they harmonize probably because the same tubes of paint are piled on my table within easy reach..lol..also, I suppose that I'm a daily painter and then worry a bit in case people get bored seeing the same view which I know I've still not finished with.. The thing about watercolour, as you know is that you can never be sure how they'll turn out and I need to feel that I've won. I'm not quite there yet!

Thank you as well Mia. Blue and orange next after seeing yours!!

Splendid. You really have got a way with these cityscapes. I love the colours. The randomness of the loose watercolour really works - gives the buildings character.

That is small for you but you have certainly packed it with wonderfully strong shapes and rich glorious colour.

I won't get bored of these. Excellent use of colour and design as usual!

I can't keep up with you!! I fret for days over a simple pen and wash and you churn out these beauties on a daily basis - how do you do that...!! The colours are superb - I would never have thought of putting that yellow/orange sky with the rich blues and purples of the buildings. Great work.
