A4 DR Langton wc paper 300gsm CP NOT Brusho and Derwent Inktense Pencils (wet). I wanted to try out a new product called 'Brusho'. It is ink based crystals. A tiny bit goes a long way, but I thought I'd give it a go for the background trees. Talk about a little going a long way! I knew it was strong from trying it out on swatches, so I put the tiniest amounts into a sprinkle bottle. Less than the size of my little fingernail. I wetted the tree area and shook the sprinkles and whoa! I sprinkled in a little yellow and lemon yellow and it just exploded with colour. Great! Fantastic vivid lively colours. BUT I had originally planned to make this a sort of light and airy illustrative piece. I know that inktense are also vivid but I didn't plan to apply much and use more water. So I had to then increase the saturation of my other colours. I always intended to use Inktense pencils, I just had to overlay with a thicker amount and additional layers. Thanks to joel Loren on Wet
