Wow and I thought I was old and still painting. Happy one Lionel and yes you are getting better, been there not quite the same done it, but the art stuff is helping me a great deal. You must be very proud of this pieces, I would be.

I am EIGHTY TODAY! Glad I made it - just over two weeks ago I had a mini-stroke. Hospitalised and surgery on 25th November to clear left carotid artery. Excruciating pain for four hours under local aesthetic. Home now dealing with after effects of surgery and side effects of new meds plus fighting an infection I have picked up along the way. So, as I have said to other friends, things can only get better. This little scene was painted from imagination whilst in Spain. I hope to get round to commenting soon. In the meantime, Seasons Greetings to all my friends at P-on-L. X
