Oh Lew he looks so very tired, love the deadeyes! Hope it's not a self portrait 🤣

Thanks Carole. I hope it's not a self portrait too, although I do have an ever ready reference source for wrinkles.

I suppose it comes to us all. I get the same sort of shock when i look in the mirror in the mornings Lewis.

Know the feeling! Works well.

It's like looking in a mirror, Lew, and one that doesn't lie. LOL Great moment, perfectly captured. The various cracks are a nimble touch and so is the shaving brush. Great props all round. Bri

How strange, I have got exactly the same mirror.!!

Wonderful! I try not to look in the mirror too much these days, lol.

Beyond the fact that it's a fun thing to draw, I have no interest in Halloween itself. But my grandsons do, and so do the shops. This is my last word on Halloween. Promise! I've almost filled this sketchbook and have a compulsion to fill the remaining pages...and start a new one (I love sketchbooks).

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
