It’s very vibrant Lesley and I recognised the view from one of your sketches. If you’re not happy with the inks you can always paint over with acrylic or oil, letting bits peep through.

Sunset from my upstairs window in early February, using my sketch. I painted this on a stretched canvas 30x40cm. In acrylic inks. This view is looking over roof tops (not included) towards Gotham, with Ratcliffe power station cooling towers. I tried to show the dark silhouettes of the tree tops. Not sure if the inks was a good choice.!
