What a spunky-looking little character, and what a wonderfully fairy-tale ending for Chester! I just love happy rescue stories, and you've done him every justice, Julie - irresistible emotion in his eyes, superb detail and a lovely palette.

After our old dog died, we only managed to survive a couple of months without one before we got Chester. He is a little cross-breed and came all the way from Romania via Love Under Dogs. He is painted in Artisan oil on a canvas board measuring 16x12 in.
