Blackberries - first picking

So fitting for now Julie. I have been picking them for Apple and blackberry crumbles. Love this image.

I think it's super, Julie. The green and purple combination is lovely, the colors are a perfect foil for each other and I love how you combine the organic and architectural design of the piece so beautifully.

I love the sharpness of the colours Julie with the neutral sepia to add balance. Lovely collection of items too. My blackberries are just starting to ripen.

Hi Julie, thank you for your very kind comment on my print. In case you're interested, the paper I used is the Canson Mix-Media paper, which comes in a pad. It is quite heavy paper and has a ridged surface, so that textures are quite evident when printing on it.

I think it's gorgeous.
