Thank you all for your lovely, encouraging comments - I am hoping to put this painting into an exhibition next month in Ross on Wye.

I do like this Julie, particularly the green glass (?) vase with it's gold tracery pattern and highlights. The colours are very harmonious. Glad you're on the mend and good luck with the exhibition.

This is absolutely STUNNING, Julie! It has all your usual hallmarks - great composition and design, wonderful textures and shapes and a lovely palette. So much to look at, yet so well connected and cohesive.
