I like your approach to drawing, Dmitry.

Thank you, John. A few years ago I decided to do at least two life classes a week - one for a long pose and one for short poses. The rest of the week I could be doing sculpture, or plein air painting or nothing at all, but would not miss my classes. On the days I do my life classes in the morning I may copy some old masters, do "my skull", review my last life sessions, etc. Then it's much easier to work later in a class, you spend much less time "warming up". I like the style of your church drawings. As I understand, they have some interesting unusual texture. I think this style would be very suitable for illustrations of Gibbon's "Decline and Fall..", for instance!
