A bit of sea, a bit of sky - that's all. Must be boring, mustn't it? But it isn't - it's magical, with a fabulous interplay of light on the sea: in fact, typing this with just the lower part of the picture showing it's obvious to me that this would still have worked at half the size: which isn't a recommendation to crop it.... because the whole painting works so well.
