Thanks so much for all your comments I really appreciate them. The rhododendron grows in my garden, this one is a pale mauve which I copied at the time but I thought wishy washy! Since then I bought new colours and some lovely pastels so perked it up a bit. Thanks again all.

Rhododendrons and hydrangeas - two of my favourite flowers, probably because of the beautiful colours. This is marvellous Carole, the depth of colour on the top flower, wow! All your paintings of flowers have that extra something, the background plays a large part. I'm warbling on here....🤗
