I know what you mean about the sunshine Fiona, I'm just back from a trip around the Trossachs as it was far too nice to stay at home. I'd be out there still if I didn't have a life class at 6pm. LOL Lovely sun shiney sketch.

We've had sun for two days on the trot down here - it does lift you to see it: and it obviously lifted you: energetic and bold work: you're not afraid to try all sorts of different things, either, are you?

Thank you Linda, thank you Robert...it's been a long, dark and wet winter and the sun today has been such good medicine. I do like to have a go at different things, but I thought the intensity of the inks would say so much more than watercolours. Besides, I don't care how I apply ink, I just splash it about and hope for the best!!Lol Thanks again.

Summer on its way - clocks go forward this weekend - a word of warning: only 12 weeks before the nights start drawing in. Regardless of this, this is such a lovely intense painting for sunnier days - well done Fiona
