A beautiful painting Dympna; very peaceful. I love the way you have painted the shadow of the rocks, and the shallows and ripples underneath.

Oil on canvas. 76cm x 56cm. Sandy Cape Jurien Bay marine park. Beautiful location 3 hours north of Perth. We go there for weekends in the caravan with the grandchildren. I have even been in the water with a baby sea lion. Very cute and playful. This year I won an award for this painting, presented by the Governor at the Western Australian Society of Arts annual Exhibition in Fremantle.
